Microsoft Access is a scalable database software for organizing and analyzing data. Microsoft Access is designed for professional and personal uses. Classes are broken into three sessions to allow time to practice. Each session is one day of instruction with hands-on activities. Participants will have access to a web site that links to numerous resources to build skills and provide additional practice.

If you know you want to take the Microsoft Office Specialist Access Exam we offer a discounted certification tract that includes:

• three classes for 18 hands-on classroom hours of instruction,
• unlimited access to an official practice test in our lab,
• a three hour question/ answer review session prior to the exam and
• the exam with a retake option.

This course will introduce you to Microsoft Access in creating databases and tables, working with table data and field properties, working with related tables and using filters and queries.

This course will enhance your Access knowledge with Forms, Reports,  Exporting Data and Managing Databases.

Collect information through forms in e-mail or import data from external applications. Create and edit detailed reports that display sorted, filtered, and grouped information in a way that helps you make sense of the data for informed decision-making.
