Course Description

The A+ Certification program was established by the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) and is sponsored by many of the largest PC vendors in the industry including IBM, Hewlett Packard, Apple Computers, and Compaq. The purpose of the certification is to set a standard for those working in the personal computer industry as technicians, help desk, and support staff. Students earning A+ Certification possess the knowledge, technical skills, and customer relations techniques essential for becoming a successful computer service technician.

Recommended prerequisites: Strong knowledge/experience in IT industry.
