Adobe Flash II
Course Id: 110
Course Description
This intermediate course builds on the knowledge and skills learned in Flash I, with an emphasis on implementing Flash for the Web. You will learn core programming concepts that allow you to move beyond timeline animation to build rich, interactive presentations of increasing complexity. Flash provides a variety of user control options, plays multiple movies at the same time, and includes external content such as video, text and sound.
In this class you will create special effects using ActionScript; control the input and display of text, including font, style and scrolling; load external resources (such as images, sound and video) and include components (prebuilt objects that add functionality) to control and customize playing them; load movies so they can play simultaneously; and use the Flash video format, FLV.
During this course, you will work with advanced examples that demonstrate multiple ways to create animations and user interactivity.
