Course Description

Three hour workshop for participants at all levels in the healthcare field. Through viewing the video, It’s a Dog’s World, group discussion, and activities, the training will examine a patient’s perspective of the healthcare field, with the goal to develop ways to improve the patient’s experience as a customer.
